About us

We, Claudia Rutins and Massimo Santoro, are a small family business with 17 years of sales experience in this lovely area. Since 2001 we are running our own business. We offer you the most personal attention and all services you might need when you buying or selling a property over here. We speak English, German, Spanish and Italian.

Buying and selling

Buying or selling a property in a foreign country raises a lot of questions. With our long term experience we will help you to find the right answers regarding sales procedure, conveyance, taxes, notary and register, telephone, adsl, water- and electric boards, etc. and of cause to find the right property for you.

Selection

We offer you a good selection of very nice Villas, anyone very well known by ourselves. We try to answer any questions you might have regarding special properties, even when you are far away. The more information we get from our clients the better we can find you the right property.

Mortgage

In case you need a mortgage please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will help you to find the best bank offer and will arrange everything for you.

Construction/Reformation/Gardening

In case your dream house should need a bit of reformation we can help you with this as well. We offer professional work for smaller constructions or refurbishing (including electric and plumbing) for very competitive prices. As well if your “new” garden needs a smaller or bigger refreshment, please ask for a quote (you might be pleasantly surprised). Even if you are not buying with us, please don’t hesitate to ask for an estimate.
